This 4 week personalized fitness program will be customized specifically for YOU and your lifestyle, the equipment you have access to (or lack of), your daily schedule, your fitness goals, your body, and your exercise likes/dislikes. We will work together to develop a plan that is realistic for YOU that will be guaranteed to produce your desired results.


You will have full time access to Sara Thomas for the next 4 weeks to answer any questions, to check-in with for accoutability, to make any adjustments needed at anytime, and for extra motivation to stay on track!
