A Bit More About Me

Hello! My name is Sara Thomas and I have been in the fitness industry since 2010 and I have a strong passion for all things fitness, wellness, and happiness. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a BS in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from the University of Missouri - Columbia. I am also a certified NASM Women's Fitness Specialist and NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist! 

My personal and professional life revolves around healthy and active living while helping others become happy, healthy, and confident through fitness and wellness!

I truly believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong body through the appropriate exercise and fuel plan. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every meal, every day of your fitness journey.
